Are temple garments essentially underwear, or do you wear underwear beneath such.

Also, I was told that the garments have a hook in the back of the neck...the idea is that some day that God will "scoop" up the believers with some kind of staff that the hook will connect to?

Is this really true or a bunch of baloney?

No extra underwear (exept for bras for women) and no hooks. Some may have been designed in earlier years with hooks, I don't know, but if so, I imagine that it would be to hang them up or something.

The temple garment is an outward expression of an inner commitment. They are sacred.....as other religions have sacred clothing.
**baloney to the hook**
We will not discuss it with you other than that.
