Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Starvation will mean rapid weight loss and consequently sagging skin here and there.

What your parents need to do is give you less time on the computer and more time out in the fresh air.

Starving will not cause you to lose weight in a health long term way. You need to eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, whole grain breads and small amounts of cheese and white meat. Drink water or unsweetened tea.

Stay away from white bread, sugar and potatoes and all of the junk food out there. If you can do this for a month it will be like starving but you will have the weight lose that you are looking for.

If you starve yourself, your stomach will bloat up, your eyes will sink into your head and you will get dark circles around your eyes like the zombies in horror movies. A 'quickie' diet, try low carb for a month. I lost 20 lbs. You have to search on the net to find low carb foods ( anything with flour, starch, like potatoes, rice, bread, pasta is high carb). You can eat some veggies and fruit, lots of meat and eggs. Just eat small meals throughout the day. Not eating stops your metabolism(burns fat), so by eating a small amount all day, your metabolism is going crazy. Do you have a bike? try a quick bike ride every day 1/2 hour is all you need.

When you starve yourself, you actually do not lose weight like you think. Have you ever seen pictures or malnourished people, notice how they bellies are bloated. Do you think that is the look you want? They are a million ways to loose weight, starving yourself is not one of them. Think with the brain that you have been given. If you want to lose weight, eat, and eat healthy. It is proven that a person who eats three balanced meals a day will lose more weight then someone who starves himself.

Starve yourself? Surprisingly, the human body does not "need" as much weight as we think it does, however it does do it alot better to have the extra pounds. There are better ways to lose weight within a month, besides starving yourself. Try jogging. Will do your heart far better.

1.if you starve, your body will go in depletion mode. what that means, is the first thing it will start devouring are your muscles, because it doesnt have the energy to sustain you. so any muscle you have will be the first thing to go

2. you will train your body to slow down your metabolism. that means, then if you ever do start "eating", your body will not be able to process it normally, and store it as fat.

that means, that the second you actually start eating, you will be gaining a whole lot of weight, and begin a chain process of what is referred to as yo-yo dieting.

you're 16, just excersise! you are obviously misinformed about dieting, if you're a young man, try lifting weights. weight training converts fat into muscle and is MUCH better than depleting your body of nutrients it needs to grow and develop.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!!!!! you would look anorexic or bullimic....and the people that are arent very pretty....they're too skinny and disgusting..... dont make yourself get an eating disorder....who cares how much you weigh..... dont be ashamed of yourself if your obese or not.... just take it easy.... keep going to the gym but when you go.... go on the row machine and the tredmile.....for about 20 minutes each....every other day....(or everyday if you want) then you will gradually loose weight and look healthy.....not disgusting....

not necessarily.. (that they will flatten) havent you seen starving children from Africa.. their stomachs are all bloated and inflated like balloons.
You actually need to fuel your body to make it burn calories properly.. The furnace needs fuel to heat the fire. .. so by skipping meals your body's metabolism will go in starvation mode and shut down all activities.. to be able to loose weight, you need to eat, but the proper type of food and amounts... A car wont run without gas, neither will you without food.. Just that a car wont run on jet fuel, neither will you on extreme sugar, fats, carbs, and excessive junk.. Fuel with the right stuff and you'll loose weight properly..
