I did! And when I spoke to someone about it, come to find out they saw and describe the same thing to me. Does that mean (like my friend stated) we are living in the 4th or 5th dimension?

I never had an alien encounter but I did have an encounter with several demons chasing me when I was asleep, and the only way I could escape them was to rebuke them over and over again in Jesus name, it was terrifying, That was over 20 years ago and I still shudder and remember that "dream" vividly. I do believe in alternate realities or dimensions as you stated, I don't know how many if 4 or 5, I just know that there are different realms all things are possible to say something is impossible is limiting God, and God doesn't belong in a nice neat box of human understanding.

I have what seems like a plethora of sleep disorders. Most of the time, I basically just don't get any. But when I do, weird things can happen. I sleepwalk, I talk in my sleep, I eat in my sleep, I basically do a lot of things in my sleep. The worst one though, some people call "hag attacks". For the longest time, before I was saved, I was led to believe that this supernatural being really was attacking me. Then I went to a sleep clinic. What they told me was that, while having a nightmare, I woke up partway. The reason I couldn't move wasn't because this hag was holding me down, but because of something called sleep paralysis. The sleep paralysis happens to everyone, most people just sleep through it. The brain puts out this chemical while you're sleeping that paralyses you so that you don't act out your dreams *which could be very dangerous*. It doesn't last long, but it's really freaky when you wake up and it's still going on. I've since gotten used to them *in the sense that I don't let them make me afraid to go to sleep*. It could more than likely be something physical, instead of supernatural. I've always believed that for the majority of paranormal experiances, a mundane reason lay behind them.

yeah know i use to have this dream where i was paralyzed and couldn't move.and in this dream i was full awake i just couldn't move.i could see my hubby,i could see the window,i could see the TV.and then i had this feeling, this horrible fear there was a demon in the room with me.i would try and move but i couldn't,i would try and scream to wake my hubby but couldn't.
well i did some research on this because i was having this dream quite often.its a sleeping disorder.when your asleep your body releases a chemical to keep you from thrashing about in your sleep.sometimes though your mind wakes up be for the chemical is gone from your brain.this causes paralysis and illusions.maybe that's what this was you should really read into it.its very in trusting and can help you with your bad dreams.

I had something terrible happen to me. This is the second time it has happened. The first was about three years ago. This time I actually heard a voice. I was laying on my tummy trying to fall asleep. I must have just started dozing off. I felt literally every hair on my body stand up. Then I felt want was like hands move from my legs up to my shoulders but increasing in pressure as they reached the top. At that point I felt like I was pinned down and suffocating. I was terrified and struggled to move but couldn't. I tried to force myself awake. Then In desperate attempt to make it stop I started praying to god to protect me. It continued to get more severe. I im not sure if I turned my eyes or opened them but I saw a figure of a man's head next to me...it looked kind fuzzy like smoke... Then he screamed Why aren't you listening to me? Why arent you listening to me? I felt a sharp pain in my stomach like I was punched. And at that point I tried with everything in me to sit up and his face blew away as he asked one more time Why aren't you listening to me? I was freaked out beyond belief. The last time I had only felt pinned down, I never heard anything or saw anything. The worst part was that everytime for the rest of the night when I tried to fall back asleep. The creepy feeling of my hairs standing up and the pressure on my body would start to reoccur... I forced myself to stay awake for a good 3 hours afterwards.....Anyone know what the hell is going on with me???

There is a clinical term for that. Sleep Paralysis. 200 years ago the visitors were incubus and succubus. It's a common mental phenomenon. It's hard to distinguish these lucid dreams from reality.

I have experienced sleep paralysis.

That is a basic biological function that has nothing to do with aliens or demons.

My aunt's neighbor told this story:

She was asleep in her bed one night, woke up, found she was unable to move. She looked into the hallway and saw a light in her baby son's room, but it stopped at the threshold - the light didn't spill out into the hallway like it usually would. Then she received a "telepathic message" to the effect that "We just want to examine your son; he won't be harmed." After a few minutes the light faded and she was able to move again. She rushed into her son's room and found him wrapped up just as she had left him - except he was on the floor, not in his crib.

Do I believe she was visited by aliens? No. There are a thousand explanations for this story that are far more likely - including the obvious explanation that she made it up.

Demon encounter? Yes. It tried choking me. Since I couldn't move or speak, just before I was about to fade into the darkness I was able to whisper Jesus.
