Because people misuse the doctrines in religions for their own selfish purposes. They wind up worshipping the doctrine and not the original message of love and respect. Go figure . . . .

Due to most religions being run as a business with human beings in charge this religious world we live in tends to be pro war not peace. It's all about the power, not the people.

because some people don't have a religion. They think they are the religion. Some people want to be gods. So they get a little power crazy. Weird, right? I really have no idea...

their are many people that interpret things differently...
their are people who chose not to follow their religion as told
their are people who just dont care
their are weak people
their is corruption in this world
their are many people who dont understand....
their are people who like to take control over things...
just to name a few!!! who reallly knows

That peace and goodwill only seems to extend to members of the same religion. Hmm... well maybe only to a particular sect within that religion. Okay, only to a particular church within that sect. Okay, on second thought, maybe only to a particular clique within that church...
