How do i remove a memory stick pro duo from its adapter?

I tried using my hands and then tweezers. I just can't get a good grip of it. Does someone have any other methods?

If it's a cheap adapter, it would be better to damage the adapter rather than the more expensive memory stick. Personally I like to use hemostat clamps since they have a good grip but rounded edges to cause minimal damage to the equipment (and myself).
