im 14 and i used veet and it did not work for me at all!!
it dried my skin out.
you can use this spray on hair removal, it works for me:

Veet did not work for me all that much. Nair stinks, but works.
I personally use Sally Hensen. It doesn't smell *great*, but the hair stays off for quite a while.
13 year olds will be fine using it.

Nair dosen't work...I'm not sure about veet, but nair is just a waste of your money.

age dont matter. if you choose nair go for nair raspberry. it great. with veet choose sensitive with aloe or something. personally i prefer veet.

Soap and a razor is better.
Chemicals that have been skewed by corporate to show a better return on investment to stockholders is never best.
