My friend wants to call me and shes from birmingham and she wants to call frezno.. be4 she presses 1(559) what does she press???

She needs to dial 001 209 then the number.

Isn't Fresno's area code 209? Nope it is 559 so it should work for her. She should dial 1-559 then your #

there are too many different area codes u should call 411 and get the area code make sure u dial 1 first!
