or is it intentional?

You can feel 'love' sure but is that really love?

You can help someone out, is that love more real than the emtional love?

Love is both emotional and intentional, but not necessarily in that order.

Love is not only an emotion or intentional. It comes with feelings, warm & passionate a person shares with her/ him. It can be mentally, emotionally or sexually. Again if helping someone out, and suddenly you have feelings for that person is perhaps brought on by being there all the time and the two people grew closer then before.

On the other hand, when it comes to helping someone out, is like helping a family member, or a close friend because the person cares for one another from the heart, with kindness. This doesn't mean anything bizarre, but you would know if a brother and sister were very tight in supporting one another is a natural thing, or mother n' daughter have a bond that can communicate and understand one another without cat fights. Father and son, same way...Children look up to their parents for guidance, and TLC.

Idk, if that helps to clarify something that remains a mystery.

Since we're all VERY different in our chemistries, knowledge, ages, beliefs etc, we're also VERY different in how we experience love. So therefore it's different things to different people.

Emotional love and real love are different. Emotional is just technically like "omg i love them," it's more impulse and feeling based.

"Real" love is more cranial as well. Meaning, your mind plays a part in it too. It's love on all levels, a more complete love.

Love varies, it can either be simple or complicated, and technically you CAN force yourself to love, because in all reality, we can force ourselves to do and believe in pretty much anything, we have alot of power that way.

Love can be both. inntentional or emotional.

But REAL love, pure love, not false,....is something that's bobth emotional, cranial, everything.

You'll know the difference, if you're honest with yourself and have the time to figure it out.

I don't think it's an emotion, but a lot of people do. That's the reason why some marriages fall apart and people claim to "fall out of love." Love in reality is a commitment, it's a choice you make to stick with that person. If people would realize it's not always butterflies in the stomach, they'd do a lot better for themselves. That feeling is great, but it's fleeting. I'd rather invest my life in something more substantial.

there are two greek words for love:
eros
and agape.

Eros is the self-reflecting "love," when it's all about you. I would say that is the emotion-ness of it. That's the passionate one, if you get my drift.

Agape is a God-given type of love, which is selfless, see 1 corinthians 13. It's also supernatural, as in you only get it when you truly become a Christian - it is not present on it's own.

Love is very complex and I feel that it is part of what makes us human. The ability to take the basic feeling of self-affection and turn it outward toward others. It is a feeling, an emotion, an action, an attraction, a desire, a passion, a fulfillment and can even be an addiction or obsession.

The problem is that the word 'love' refers to all sorts of things, one of which is definitely an emotion. It's possible to detect altered brain function when you're in love. That's also why people in love tend to be irrational.

This irrationality isn't bad per se, since it promotes monogamy, which ensures that human young are properly raised (which was important back in the early days of humans).

Love is a number of things combined. Loyality, companionship, compassion etc. It's more than a feeling, it's a action.
