Yes. I've asked a couple of questions that would fall into that category, but I promised myself that the only reason I would delete a question is if it didn't recieve any answers after a day. But I've also answered questions that I wish I could delete after the best answer has been picked, or it's gone to voting. Oh well.

I don't ask many questions on Y!A,...
... as I've found that the I-net holds more than enough sources to give me answers to most anything I need to know.

However, there are times that I have gone out of my way to provide a thorough answer to a question, - only to find my efforts rewarded by submitting a response to a deleted question, - and I do find that annoying.

Barring the most unusual of situations, - were I to post any question on Y!A I would most likely leave it up, whether I regretted it or not...;-)

Yes , i once posted a question that within 10 minutes had 150 answers. i read them all then pressed the refresh button and the meter was on 352. I deleted the question it was too much for me

Quite a few actually. Most of them were questions that people didn't understand the question or wouldn't give an exact answer. I think I have actually deleted 2 questions before.
