I have really bad cramps, nausea but no actual puking, and I've been so tired, what is it??

And I know I'm NOT pregnant.

sounds like PMS to me.....have you talked to the doctor about regulating your cycle?

Is this a usual occurance, or is this a new thing?

How old are you?

How long have you been having periods?

Do you have other symptoms that seem to be unrelated?
