The job I'm at is dead slow and there's no where to grow with the company. I'm currently seeking new employment but it's taking awhile. How do I make the most of my job while I'm still here?

You can't but maybe an instruction manual for whoever replaces you may be a good idea

This will make you think about how and why you do what you do and it may come in useful in interviews.

Don't be surprised if it is never read by anyone else. On the other hand - it may become a classic.

I worked for 20 years at a job that paid the bills and I tolerated at best but I took care of my family. then I was given a shot it was almost a disaster from there I went down hill until I saw a opportunity and I jumped 4 years later my worst day at the job is still better than an average day fishing and I love fishing. either wait 20 years or take a chance and find your dream the love of my life is working at this job I have (second is my wife don't tell her thou).I hope you find a job that fits you as well as mine
