In fact, there is no age limit for kiss. Kiss is a way of showing love. Kissing starts from the day you are born. First your parents kiss you as their heart and soul, next comes your turn to kiss in return to your parents when you are stlightly grown up. AS far as teen kiss is concerned, if a teen kisses his/ her parents, it is nothing but showing love in return. It is also a complimentary thing in love relationships but its good as far as sexual intention is not involved. A girlfriend and a boyfriend in their early teens can kiss each other to show their love but if it involves sexual attraction then it is too early for the teens to do this. Sexual attraction during teen age is very high and wrong decisions might result in a gloomy future for the ones involved in that activity.

I dont think there is a certain age when you are suddenly ready...it is more a level of maturity than age.
I had my first real kiss at 13 and my first real boyfriend at 15

Any age they feel like kissing. Kissing is natural, there is nothing wrong with it. Just as long as they know they shouldn't kiss in front of kids, because kids and kissing don't go together.
