Nope -- just go back to your regular diet and exercise program. Don't exercise more today or tomorrow than you normally would. The key to losing weight is CONSISTENCY. If you fall off the horse (so to speak), just get right back on and act as if it never happened.
Truth be told, an occasional cheat is good for the body when you're on a diet. This keeps your metabolism from slowing down because it believes you're being starved.

Don't beat yourself to death over some chocolate cake that is the worst thing you can do, just go back to your regular diet or maybe cut a couple of meals in half then back to diet. Don't over react it just makes you believe that all is lost and then you will give up.

You don't really need to do either. Maybe a little more exercise than normal the next day, but not excessive. You may feel like you've failed yourself, but one day of binging is not going to set your whole diet back. Just accept you made a mistake, prevent further binging, and move on. It happens.

Do not skip a meal. You make them smaller if you like. I heard recently that truly thin people might over eat on special times (like a b-day) but, then they go on and eat normally for them. Healthy and they normally do not skip a meal.
Skipping meals leads to binging later. Do a little extra exercise. Do not over do it or your can injure yourself.

What is done is done. What you can do about it is just get back on track with your healthy eating habits and working out. One day is not going to destroy you.....just don't use it as an excuse to blow the rest of the week.

You CAN'T undo what you've done so just get back to the routine.
Skipping meals isn't healthy, but you can eat lighter and YES>>> exercise.

You can't do much about it now other than just get back on track. These things happen - you're human after all. Don't worry about it unless it becomes a habit!

Relax. Don't freak out! Continue with the diet as normal and don't go over again.

I cheat every once in awhile. But I remind myself that I don't eat carelessly everyday and get back on that horse.

now you are just talking about going too far the other way.
Just get back on the wagon, don't shock your body, or you just cause yourself more problems.
