whenever i eat, take a picture , hold something in my hand, i shake. not really bad but it started to worry me. im only 13.
anyone know if this is ok.. or what?

You need to get checked for diabetes. It can cause shaking if the food is high in carbs and turns into suger. It could be as simple as nerves though.

If it's enough to worry you, it's enough to talk to your doctor about. Some people always have a slight tremor when a muscle contracts, but in most cases, it can be due to diabetes/hypoglycemia, ms (multiple sclerosis), some kinds of vitamin/mineral deficiencies, coffee drinking or drinking any of the new caffeine-loaded "power" drinks and a lot of other things. It will require medical tests to find the cause or rule things out.

You may possibly just have degenerate tremors that could be caused by simple dehydration or lack of other things, but it could be a possible early sign of pakinsons you need to see a doctor

It is a problem that a lot of people have. But it doesn't mean that you will not be able to function in this world. It is usually neurological. And if you feel worried about it have your parents to that you to a doctor.

It could be a number of things. A pinched nerve, not eating right etc. If it continues go see your doctor.

It could also mean that you are drinking too much caffeine in your soda, or other beverages.

could be nerves, but could be something far worse like MS - see your doctor
