Well first it makes the work day go by a whole lot faster.

Also, I really feel compelled to speak up and show that there is such a thing as a tolerant, open-minded Christian. I don't want the those Christians to take over who would leave everyone thinking we're all ignorant and uneducated.

I hope to transform peoples thinking.
The Good Lord has helped me overcome my pride. Wanting recognition and credit for what we do. By seeing how people mock us, and tell us we're full of it. And the next day. We see them telling someone else the same thing we said. So I know I'm not wasting my breath.
I put it out there. Like the Word says. "Plant the seeds for thought, and let our Creator do the watering".
Everyone tries to manipulate everyones elses thinking whether they will admit it or not. The difference is. Some try to manipulate our thinking to control us. Where others try to manipulate our thinking so we can have more control over ourselves. I try to do the later.

because all the other sections I know a little about are filled with kids asking ---what's the name of that song? where can i download something for free? do i like a certain celebrity? BORING!!! at least there is the occasional sincere question here, but i wish all the Christian haters were kept in a section by themselves, so I could ignore them.

The other sections make me feel ill. I used to go into the relationship category, but ever since..., it makes me want to throw up. Here at least my mind is engaged and I can forget about the rest of my stinky life. :)

Because when I asked questions about God in Cats, they told me to leave?

Edit: Okay, also because I do learn some things here and strengthen my own position. I've met some interesting people and I know I'm far from alone. Plus it's just fun.

I'm here to fight the evils of organized religion. And, I'm here killing time while at work, hanging out with friends when they show up here and trying to make people laugh, sometimes.
