Call the parents and tell them to hire a competent babysitter. If it took you 15 min. to ASK it you should call the police, you are not qualified to be responsible for children. You should have called the police while the person was pushing on the windows.

If you don't know them and they looked suspicous... you should probably call the police just to be safe. If the person ran away from the house or kept looking around to make sure that no one was watching... it is best to call the police to see what they think. Be careful!

I would definitely call the police. It is better to be safe than sorry. You never know what their plans are you might even save someone from being hurt or something. Hope this helps...

The cops would rather you call and nothing be wrong, then someone being attacked and no one doing anything about it. I would call the people you are baby sitting for and let them know. They probably know the people and let them make the decision....

Call to file the report. You cant hurt anything. However, ***CALL the NON-Emergency Number***. It will be in your yellow pages. That number goes to the local station and doesnt hold up the "real" 911 lines. They can help you out.

DIAL 9-1-1 AND TELL THE OPERATOR THAT THERE IS A PERSON DRESSED IN BLACK PUSHING IN THE SCREENS AND ATTEMPTING TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE HOUSE LOCATED AT _________________ (INSERT ADDRESS). TELL THEM THAT YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE PERSON AS BELONGING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OR FROM THAT HOUSE. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, GO OUTSIDE TO CONFRONT THE INDIVIDUAL YOURSELF!
