The Fat Flush Diet is a really great diet plan that you can use for the rest of your life. It's healthy and takes care of both the fat and the pounds. I lost 7 lbs in two weeks (the first, and strictest phase), and have continued to lose on it. My energy is great and I have no cravings. No, I do NOT have anything to do with Fat Flush other than being on the Diet. Pick up the book by that name if you're interested.

Most people who struggle with weight will find it to be a constant struggle to keep it off. My highest weight was right around 210. I haven't gone over 170 now in the last several years. But, my weight has still fluctuated up and down. Mostly, because I didn't set realistic goals and didn't include exercise. I added weight training and cardio about 3 months ago. I do still try to live a 1/2 way normal life which does make it a bit more frustrating. If my husband really wants to go out to eat somewhere, I do go with him. But, that may mean that some weeks I just barely manage to stay the same. But, for me, staying the same weight is still a half victory. I lost ten lbs in the last 3 weeks, but, now this week I have stayed the same as I went out to eat 4 times. First the inlaws were in town, then my husband wanted to go out. You get the idea.
But, I didn't regain this week. I stayed the same.
I count calories every day and just try to make up when I do make a bad choice with more time at the gym and cutting a few calories for the following day. I've also lost 5% body fat in the last three months and am finally within a healthy range and just a point off from 'ideal'.
I just try to eat a very balanced diet. I realize that if I eat high calorie foods, I can't eat very much of them and will spend the whole day hungry. I mostly just try to eat foods that give me as much volume and nutrients as possible for the calories.

I did a crash diet.
got the idea from people who get surgery to make there stomachs smaller so I said why not skip the huge bill and just do it the same way.
Breakfast-four table spoons of oatmeal...no milk but fake sugar...oddly good.
Lunch-three table spoons of oatmeal
snack-half an applle or have a banana or have a plum.
Dinner-2 table spoons of oatmeal
and an hour-or two of exercising like jogging you can have breaks in between jogging.
And I kept the same 20 pounds I lost in four days off. Its the same if I did it healthy and then got off and ate tons of junk food I still gain weight and same goes for crash diets which only means fast weight loss.
But then I went normal like eatting pizza but one slice,or half of cupcake,or one sandwich with light exercise, just real food but half of it.
So I do crash dieting and when am lazy and go for slow results I do it the normal way so far am down 70 pounds. and have kept it off for over a year!

Joined a health club -- had a Personal Trainer teach me a workout that I now do on my own, walk at a track during lunchtime, cut out sugar, white stuff (flour, pasta,), eat a lot of salads, don't really watch portions but moderate servings.... I've lost 16 lbs. in 6 weeks....
