You will probably be charged for the crime also since you broke in to the house. I know if it was my house I would tell them they were not my drugs.

It really depends on the situation and the officer who comes to the call. Basicly your going to jail for B&E (breaking and entering) but the drugs is another issue....more than likely the person who owns the house is going to jail and any one else who is there too, it will be up to the judge to figure out who is in real trouble seeing as there can be 1 person in the home who is in another room and sayes"i don't know anything about the drugs" then there is a person in the same room as the drugs that sayes " i did not know anything about the drugs" but....he is within reach of them when he was caught..that person is more likely to get charged than the one in the other room.

If the drugs are on your person then you get charged. If they are just in the house it will be hard to prove to whom the drugs belong. You will be looking at 3 to 5 years for breaking and entering anyway. They probably will try to pin the drugs on you but your attorney would be able get those charges dropped in a plea bargain.

What are you going to tell the police.... I just broke in that's not my drugs? No matter what your going down. I've heard of people getting busted just because the person you are around have drugs.... guilty by association.

It would be assumed the drugs belonged to the homeowners. If there was evidence you had handled the drugs, you could be charged with possession. Breaking and entering (or whatever they call it) would put you away long enough to determine if the drugs were yours.

If your finger print is on one of the drug (most likely you will), you can be busted for possession of drugs.
Let's just say one way or another you are in trouble. You are going to need a lawyer for this one.

you would be charged with breaking and entering first of all.
second it would be assumed the drugs were the homeowners. so unless you have taken some of the drugs or are touching/moving them around/ or taking them then the drugs arnt for you to worry about its the homeowners problem there...
