Only if you lie! Then it will get taken away a few months later anyways. Here in Illinois, that is a question that is asked on the paperwork. If you lie, when the paper work is checked and verified later down the road (it is government you know!)
they will resend the issued License. Then you may not even know until they stop you for something and tell you as they arrest you! Good Luck!

No, they will check your record and it will hold. Clear up the problems in Michigan first, then get your license in Illinois.

We have computers---30 years ago you might accomplish the task and not get caught.

Suspended License in Wolverine country---means only one thing---NO LICENSE FOR YOU... Till you correct the suspension in MI--never can get a license again.

WHO is gona sell you insurance. You did it to yourself. Choke on your mistakeks and buy a bicycle or ride in a taxi and/or walk. We got guys in the factory that cannot drive again--they have good jobs and doin quite well. Dui--better to lose the privlege rather than kill some one on the highway and go to prison for a good long stretch...

Not until all conditions of your suspension are met in Michigan. Meaning have all fines, conditions such as community service and the length of the suspension been taken care of? Your record goes with you and Illinois will not ignore it.

nope. not until your suspended time is up. you can try all you want but they will check your background and see that you have had it suspended and will not approve you. so you will have to wait untill the assigned suspension is over.

Practically all state DMV's have mutual link ups to each other's computers, so they will nail you, when you apply.
