Keep in mind that coffee and caffiene may very well affect your anxiety and stress levels. Depending how much you drink, it may be part of the problem.

Anger is a visual symptom of something inside you that is a deeper issue, something you feel trapped with or burdened with. When I find myself angry, its usually not because of the situation at hand, but something else that has given me reason to be tense and I am taking it out on that situation.

When anger starts affecting your relationships at work, home or love situations, its time to find out why its happening and what you need to change to feel good.

The boyfriend sounds like he may be part of the problem, in a way. Sounds like he isn't doing you as much good as he could be...and for him to get irritated when you want time alone is NOT good. He sounds clingy and needy and lazy.

lol, after reading the poster above me, I think she has anger issues too. lol

You should stop consuming caffeine. Tell the boyfriend that you need to sleep so you can get up and go to work. Its up to him to decide to act like an adult and accept that he doesn't get his way all the time.

You can find melatonin in the supplements section at the store. It will help you sleep better.

Please don't ignore what your body is telling you. Sleep is very important to both your mental and physical health. Insomnia can lead to some rather painful problems.

your boyfriend is a jerk, and you are an enabler.
If the guy doesn't care about you enough to allow you to get the rest you really do need, he isn't worth spit. And you "love" this really shabby guy? You need to re-evaluate your definition of love.....it isn't love to want someone who doesn't have your best interests and health at heart, and he obviously doesn't. You shouldn't take your moods out on him, you should kick this jerk to the curb. Or you will once again end up talking with a psychiatrist to try and figure out why you seem to get involved with guys like this....hmmm, maybe you should anyway.

i would suggest you go see a psychologist and talk about it. it will help. tell your boyfriend nicely how you feel and have an adult conversation about it (meaning no yelling or bitching). try to get on a regular sleep schedule, that means kick your bf out earlier, be nice about it, but tell him you love him, but you need your sleep otherwise you are going to be a real witch!!! hope you feel better and have a great day!!!
