Has anybody quit there job before to go back to college? If so did you get your old job back or did you have to find a new job? If you went for a new job did they hold that against you that you quit your job to go back to college?

Yes I work with a guy at the kennel where I am a kennel attendant. He quit his kennel attendant job here to go back to college and become a Veteranarian. Now he works here as an vet. So he is making mega bucks I on the other hand stayed here and didn't quit to go back to college and I make whopping 8.50 / hour. And this year i made some poop scoops out of my old license plates and a broom handle. They were pleased. You can really scoop up a lot of poop with them and we all like them.

I left a job to finish my education, as I was going to school full time in another state.
On my application for employment, I wrote "Left job to finish education."
No one held this against me.
