Whenever I go on an interview and the interviewer is a woman, I don't get the job. When I go on an interview with a man as the interviewer, I get the job. It's really strange. I've only been hired once by a woman and she was homosexual (no offense to anyone). It makes it very difficult for me to get a job because most of the interviews I go to have a female interviewer.
Plus I'm going to school for fashion/retail and I've never worked in retail. I believe it could be because all the interviews I go to for retail jobs have female interviewers. Am I being discriminated against?

Just to add, no, I don't feel more comfortable with male interviewers. I've always felt more comfortable around women than men. Actually tend to get more nervous around men.
