Whenever I go on an interview and the interviewer is a woman, I don't get the job. When I go on an interview with a man as the interviewer, I get the job. It's really strange. I've only been hired once by a woman and she was homosexual (no offense to anyone). It makes it very difficult for me to get a job because most of the interviews I go to have a female interviewer.

Plus I'm going to school for fashion/retail and I've never worked in retail. I believe it could be because all the interviews I go to for retail jobs have female interviewers. Am I being discriminated against?

Just to add, no, I don't feel more comfortable with male interviewers. I've always felt more comfortable around women than men. Actually tend to get more nervous around men.

are you extremely beautiful? women can feel threatened you know and they are most discriminating (but they hide it well).
Perhaps play down a little bit with your clothes, go there looking a bit like a tomboy or something.

It sounds like you just feel more relaxed and less intimidated with a male interviewer. The problem is with your comfort level and your own hidden gender bias. Try practicing interviewing with some of your female classmates. Discuss it with a few of your teachers and ask them if they can help you with mock interviews. There is no real conspiracy here except the one you've built up in your mind. Good luck.

I'm not sure if this is discrimination. It could be that other women see you as a threat to their job. Sound possible?
