I was once 210 lbs. I went down to 150, and then got pregnant (with an AMAZING BABY GIRL)...and went up to 199. Now Im at 125 but I have this little loose gut. It has no firmness. If I lean forward it actually hangs! OH! What the Fudge! My abdominal muscles arent in the same place as they were before, a pelvic split or something. Im 18 years old...this isnt supposed to be happening yet! haha, HELP!

As long as you work on it, it will get better. I had my daughter when I was 19 and my ab muscles actually split apart! But with a lot of exercise I got it back to looking normal. Now 10 years later I just had my second and it is taking longer and is depressing! I feel for you.

Honey, that loose skin is NEVER going to go away. It's stretched out skin, and it happens to at least half the female population after kids. So sad you're only 18 and have to deal with this. I was 19 the first time, so I know how you feel.

Best thing to do is save up for a tummy tuck for after you're done having kids.

your only option is cosmetic surgery you need a tummy tuck. you were once heavy and lost a lot of weight and now the loose skin is left see your family doctor for a referral to a surgeon to get the skin removed

There is nothing that you can do about that unless you have surgery. It is there to stay. The fix is a tummy-tuck. It is from the loss of elasticity in the skin from your pregnancy.

I have heard of people "refilling" their belly skin....aka but the weight back on and then loosing it the normal way. Since you lost weight so drastically during pregnancy your skin did not have time to shrink along. I dunno if it works but I have heard people talk about it.

Welcome to motherhood :) Skin takes a while to bounce back. Continue toning your stomach, get some good lotion, and some patience. It sucks, but the tummy takes time!
