Your point is factual and well-articulated. But using logic and reason in an argument with religious zealots is like whizzing on a forest fire. Just look at the answers you're getting from believers. They're like children who refuse to accept that Santa isn't real.

Led to the atomic bomb? Einstein believed in a designer. He devoted his last days to studying theology. Evolution is not supported by anything. Physics hasn't proved it. They know that the universe is expanding in all directions like the bible says. But, that is more of a hindrance to evolution than a proof of it. DNA is a hindrance. Chromosomes are the delivery system of genetic information, not DNA mutations. The DNA that doesn't fit into their plan is called junk DNA, but they are finding that it has important features to it. Evolution is life from one animal to another animal, NOT one species of animal to a different species of animal. That is why transitional forms should exist, BUT DO NOT. It is only a theory, it can only be shown as fact when an animal gives birth to a completely different animal. This has never happened, and it never will. The Idea of spontaneous life from a rock is ridiculous.

Actually, it is easier to believe that God created the universe than believe it just 'happened' out of nothing. THAT is anti-science. I believe a part of evolution. I don't think things just appeared (could have, but I don't think so.) I think that most of what evolutionist believe happened. God's day isn't 24 hours. It's like a thousand years. He had plenty of time to let 'science' take its course. The difference is that you believe there is nothing more. I believe there is. Now if I'm wrong, in the end, I'll just be dead. If I'm right, well, you'll just be dead.

Rock solid science? Last time I checked, science and evolution had a lot to answer for that it could not answer.
I posted this under your last question, so I'll post it again.
- Science cannot find a way to start life from non-living materials. If life cannot be started, then there's nothing to evolve. The closest anyone came was the Miller experiment where he managed to create amino acids, but, according to scientists, the environment was nothing like earth's environment at any point in it's history, and attempts to use an environment like earth's environment have failed.
- Creating life from just basic building blocks (mainly amino acids) is a very complex procedure. The chances of it happening randomly are approximately 1 in 10^60, too low to be even remotely considered.
- The fossil record shows a sudden appearance of all plants and animals at once, not progressively developing over time.
- Irreducibly complex structures couldn't be a result of evolution, they had to come into existence all at once. Even if they're the result of mutations, that's a lot of mutations that have to go exactly right for life to develop.
Evolution is a THEORY. It's not proven fact. It's just a conjecture that have been proposed based on the evidence scientists have. You need a lot of faith to believe that all of those problems above can be answered.
In my opinion, those reasons at least point to the idea of an intelligent creator, who could guide the process and get it to come out just right.

Hey, heres and idea. What if God caused the Big Bang? Hey-o!
Not terribly difficult to believe in. Yes, many things can be explained by pure and simple science however, there are tonnes of other things that have to be explained. One thing that comes to mind is the Theory of Irreducable Complexity.
It simply states that certain mechanims in nature cannot of evolved gradually over time, but must of all been in place at one time, which evolution fails to prove wrong. Please, read on:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irreducible_complexity
Thats just my opinion.

That's the problem with you atheists/evolutionists; you really DO believe in magic if you refer to creation as God waving His hands and Voilla!-instant creation. This stuff just gets more entertaining with each "well thought out" question!

Ok, I believe in the big bang theory...
God said it and BANG the world was created!
Yes we can do all that scientific stuff, but have a little faith! Oh well, my thoughts, give me a thumbs down or report me, I really don't care. I'm a creationist and PROUD of it!

I don't believe in evolution, as for the moment it is flawed.
I am not suggesting it wrong, but for me personal, I need more proof in order to accept the theory of evolution.
But If you wish to believe in this now, so be it.

According to science, a cosmic exposion created the universe, so what created the explosion? Faith is not about what is easier to believe

I never believed that he just waved his hands. I always thought that the big guy made the planets like a kid makes mud-balls.
