i hate it when guys use pick up lines!
DON'T DO IT!
just approach her and start a casual conversation
and maybe after you have talked a while you can say something like
"wow you have beautiful eyes" or "you have a cute smile" or whatever and possibly ask for her number or email
if she's really interested she will give it to you

Ask her a question, like directions to a store, or where to get the bus, or if she knows where the pay phones are. That starts a conversation, and then you wing it from there.

Dont use any pick up lines! Just go over and smile and tell her that she caught your attention, then tell her your name and just strike up a conversation, if shes into you then the conversation will just naturally pick up from there. Good Luck!

I wouldn't...it stinks of creepy and would surely turn almost all women off. If you're that much of a looker she'll make it noticable she's interested.
