Sure you can! And a glass or two of wine is healthy anyway. Plus it makes you forget about how miserable you are. :) However, don't drink if you're taking Tylenol. Bad for the ol' liver to mix the two. Take Advil instead if you have to, not so much negative effects.

Chefgrille, you are wrong about Advil. Ibuprofen should not be taken with alcohol. It to will put too much strain on the liver an can leed to bleeding from the liver in certain cases.
You were correct about the Tylenol.
It is best to never mix drugs in any form with alcohol.

I find that it's best to drink wine on my period. It makes my cramps and all the other aches go away.

you can do anything on your period, except have sex without getting pregnant. Why would you think that you couldn't drink wine during your period?

yeah drink a whole bottle by yourself,it will help with the cramps and you'll either be, passed out, puking your guts out or so hung over you won't be thinking of the cramps.

of course, u do know wat a period is right? some wine will/does have nothing to do with it and wont change it. might make it easier though.
