I just had a baby GIrl about 6 months ago, and in order to give her the best nutrition possible, I decided to breast feed. Well it took its toll on my boobs. How do I undo the damage! HELP! I want my Boobs back! Do those natural Breast Enhancement pills work? Or butterfly exercises? There has to be something!

I just answered your belly question too! =)

I nursed for two years, and I found that birth control can offer up some firmness, but the best bet is to work out your muscles there. Under the breast and around it including the shoulders and arms. Once you start firming up your belly the rest of your body will eventually follow. Unfortunately your chest will never be the same, but you can make it a little better.

Oh and I have never had any complaints over my chest!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they're gone and they won't be coming back. After two total years of breastfeeding my two children, I didn't even recognize my breasts. I spent two years after having my son being so bothered by the way they looked and decided that I was going to have them "done" when we finished having children. Now that I am pregnant with our third, my breasts are back to the way that they used to be and I am even more convinced of the fact that when we are finished with the kids they will be "fixed". Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!

Nursing doesn't cause sagging breasts. It is your genetics. Pills and creams won't work. Ask a trainer about exercises that will firm your pecs. You may need a breast lift or implants to get back to your perky state.

I must say I have a lot of respect for mothers who breastfeed their children. The baby's is more unlikely to catch diseases. However, there is really no cure for your situation. If you are not satisfied, and it is really becoming a problem for you I would consider plastic surgery.
