why satan approached Eve with his lies, instead of Adam?

Adam was a direct creation of God, representing in the natural, what was in the heavens. Adam could not be deceived.
Eve was created from man, and susceptible to deceit.

Adam knowingly partook, so he could be with Eve. Likewise Jesus gave himself for us. We were created ( the church ) ,from the side of Jesus .

If I were to believe in that story, then I would have to say he probably approached each of them separately. Adam probably wasn't interested, agreeing instead to the mindless obedience his creator insisted on (this is why men do better in the armed forces, they are fine with having someone think for them). Eve, on the other hand, was probably curious. Remember, the Greek version of this story has Pandora opening a box full of all the sorrows and evils of the world. The only thing left in the box was hope.

Adam was like God then, as perfect as God. Satan knew he can not overcome Adam. Satan went to the weakness of Adam--Eve.

In many world religions, the "female" represents the psyche while the "male" represents the physical - the body and physical action.

These terms don't mean, anatomically, male and female. They are simply poetic representations. The overall point is that what you THINK ABOUT has a habit of becoming an actual action in the physical world. "Watch your thoughts," in other words.

He got the law straight from the horses mouth so to speak. But his wife like many of us do forget if it is not personally told to us. Why do you think his punishment was worse than hers?
