Judging by the anwers given on other sections of food and drink on YA, my choice of Brigade would be

Executive Head Chef - me
Sous Chef - Cheffy
Pattisier - Cubcur
Saucier - Kittycanteena
Veg Chef - Zucchinisbikini
Fish Chef - Mick the Fish (!)

Sommellier (Wine chef) - it has to be Oldgit - the older vintages are always the best!

Seriously, Ramsay has had a lot of medial coverage and his food looks good. Similarly, Antony Worral-Thompson, Brian Turner, Marcus Wareing and Ian Rankin all do good stuff.

I have seen some recipes and photographs of the work of Wayne Gisslen, and I really like the look of his food, but the top chef, as far as I am concerned, is Michel Roux.

Chef Ramsey... I love Hell's Kitchen. Other than that, I like Bobby Flay.

that is an extremly hard question to answer because we all have different opinions and we haven't seen even HALF the chefs in the world.
But I hope one day I'll be an amazing chef. =^-^=
