Not only I itch, I swell up on mosquito bites.

Calamine lotion, Hydrocortisone cream, or something called After Bite - they sell it at local drug store, it looks like a pen and you just dab it on the bite to stop the itch. Also, if you want to relieve some of the swelling try crushing an aspirin into water-just enough to make a paste, then rub it on the bite. Hope this helps. :-)

Ammonia works quite well as long as the bite is not under your nose. a little dab on a tissue applied to bite knocks it out almost instantly. One drawback is if the bite has been scratched it will probably have it's own little sting but it will kill the itch.
Good luck

Believe it or not, soap stops the itching. Any bar soap. Also, try Avon's Skin-so-Soft bath oil. The mosquitoes won't bite you if you put it on.

scratch it slightly, then apply "absorbine junior" directly to it. It should sting like the dickens for a few seconds and then it goes away. If it doesn't sting, you didn't scratch it hard enough first. It really works. I react badly to mosquito bites, they swell and itch horribly. Absorbine works great for me.

Go to a camping store and ask for "Skeeter Stick" - it works GREAT. If they don't have it, ask for something to stop the itch and they will give you their local equivalent.
Also, WITCH HAZEL will do it - you can get it at any pharmacy.

Kinda rub them open then put straight alcohol on them. It will probably burn but it helps. Then put toothpaste on them it will dry them up faster.
