The people on your list are all communists, something that has very little to do with Atheism. There are plenty of prominent Atheists which are far from being communist. Naturally you are as ignorant of them as you are most every thing else not written in your book of myths.

Hey brain, those are all communist dictators. The evil is the dictatorship, not the religion (or lack thereof).
I could rephrase your question by saying that all evil world leaders have been religious, with a few exceptions.

Regardless of what you said, and regardless of how stupid their ideologies where, all of the personages you mentioned were highly successful to a level you wouldn't even aspire. Btw being an atheist, the radical path is possibly the only one you can take to develop an ideology, remember we have always been minority, therefore they used ideologies and radicalism to get adepts to their cause , not atheism.
