you think people have crystal balls or something? you are a unique individual and how far you walk at that speed depends on way too many variables to even guess at distance, you need to get a pedometer and find out for yourself. As to how quickly, again, it is unique and individual. Sounds to me like you are doing all this for entirely the wrong reasons, and you need to re-examine those reasons. If you are doing it to improve your health, you will, and none of your questions matter. But if you are doing it just to lose weight so you look better than you think you do now, you will be forever disappointed. Your external appearance will NOT make you happy, that can only be found within.

it will prolly cover about 3-4 miles. And if you do all that you listed above, you should start to notice a change in about a week....

1.5 - 2 miles
and if you do what you say, you should see weight loss within the 1st week.
My wife did basically this same thing (weight watchers) and in the 1st 2 weeks she lost 10 lbs.
