My brother, despite anger from the whole family, still could care less and will smoke pot in his room with the door shut and windows open with fans going to ventilate it, which is next to my room. He'll do this anywhere from 0-2 times a week, I'd guess, and has been for months. I've never ever done any sort of drug in my life, but sometimes I can smell the odor of it, and i've had to walk into his room to get something a few times, but long after he was done smoking, but you can still smell it.

Could this show up in a hair drug test? :\

just to be clear; I've never inhaled any actual smoke. I've only smelled the oder of it coming out of his room after the smoke has gone. My parents are itching to kick him out, trust me, but if they did he'd be homeless, so they haven't yet. I think he literally only has $35 in his name right now. bleh :(

Yes it most certainly could show up. I know this because i once had a neighbor that once the kids were upstairs sleeping with the doors shut....they would go downstairs and smoke pot...windows open etc....and yet a long story short dhs got involved and tested the kids hair they tested positive....and ended up in foster homes....so the answer is definately yes.

His inconsideration and deadly habit is affecting all of you.

I suggest you kick his butt out to save yourselves. Your lungs are most affected by the smoke, it can be worse than cigarette smoke because there are many chemicals put on pot that are pesticides.

I would not be surprised if you got a positive reading with a hair sample since if you breathe the smoke in the house it goes into your system.

He may be your brother, but his habit will eventually ruin his life...don't let it ruin yours.
