Well not only Paul would have to be wrong, but the 12 apostles and the early church as well.
If the new testament is a false revelation then why did God have someone give me a Bible a day after I prayed when I was an unbeliever to know more of his truth? Why has God done work through the Holy Spirit since then if Jesus is not God?

Pascal's wager in basic terms works in case you anticipate Christianity is actual. otherwise, there's no God parent to wager against. From a nontheistic point of view, that's in basic terms too obscure a reasoning to contemplate. very nicely, I contend that it would be greater proper to have faith in God than to no longer, yet which God do i am going with? returned, Pascal's wager assumes the Christian God is actual. faith is a needed condition for those arguments to paintings; arguments that attempt to coach God's existance or necessity in the 1st place! Behold, the atheist's counter-wager: stay your existence nicely, and do all you are able to to assist mankind. If God does not exist, a minimum of you used your one existence nicely. If God does exist, he will advantages your love and kindness. If God does not advantages you for the reason which you probably did no longer have faith in him, it truly is not the form of God you may go with to spend eternity with in any case.

Jesus did not ask us to worship Him.
Jesus told us to worship our Father.
It is a difficult thing, because Jesus was a man, some one made of flesh and blood, some one we can pitcher in our minds, who did great signs and spoke such powerful words.
But the Father is Spirit, and we can not grasp that, and it makes talking and worshiping Jesus easier than it is the Father.
I do not think that people who do that are lost, unless God directs to do other wise but they keep doing it their own way, than they may be in trouble.

I've explored a lot of religions, but when I truly worship Jesus Christ, I feel a spirit in me that is beyond who I am. I know my faith is real . . and of course the questions remains, what if he was right.

My wager is: What if there is a consequence to going into the light. What if the bible is a ruse to trick us into going into the mouth of a giant soul eater!

You're supposed to include a reason of why it's more logical to agree with you.
