Theres a lot of Iron in spinach and protien

I imagine it looks like a mineral...it comes from the ground, gets soaked up by plants, then eaten by animals. Iron is abundant in red meat, organ meats like liver (ewwwww) as well as in dark leafy greens (the darker, the more iron) and some types of cheese. You also have to get enough vitamin C each day or iron will be useless to your body, so wash down your spinach with a glass of orange juice for the maximum effect.

A lot of foods I eat have iron in them.

They are similar to protein in effects.

Uh, it is a mineral that is needed by the body to avoid becoming anemic. You can find it in red meats, spinach and prunes.
