A guy has a drink gets in his car and smashes into another car with a family six and the family is instantly killed.

Perhaps if everyone else cleaned up their own stink before complaining about some one smoking then smokers wouldn't be so quick to tell people like you ppppppppppiss off Lou!

God created the world and everything in it including tobacco and he saw that it was good, Men/tobacco company's have been putting the chemicals into the cigarettes that cause the smoke to be so harmful and they've been doing it with out the knowledge of smokers or anyone else for that matter, these chemicals keep smokers addicted and are what is so dangerous to everyone.

Why did the Government allow it on the market? Why does the Government keep allowing all kinds of things on the market that are harmful, the drug companies are as bad as the tobacco companies, if not worse, isn't the Government supposed to protect the public from hazardous stuff going on the Market? Why is the Food and Drug Administration or the Bureau of Tobacco and Firearms...............................................

When you stop driving your car and polluting the air five times worse just starting it then a person does with a whole pack of cigarettes perhaps then you can complain.

no, a smoker when lighting up isn't making the decision to commit suicide or to commit murder, they smoke because they are addicted and they can't help it, many people smoke and live healthy lives and can die of completely unrelated causes...

to commit the sin of suicide and murder you must consciously and intentionally commit the act with the sole purpose of ending a life
(I don't smoke and don't like either)

Yes you are probably right. Good point. But I'd have to add to that that anyone eating an unhealthy diet or that is overweight would fall into that category, too. Not the murder but the suicide.

They are committing the sin of smoking.
Yes the Bible says to take care of your "Temple" so smoking is outside of the will of God.

Murder seems a stretch...perhaps man-slaughter is a more realistic charge.
