Look I'm only 22 and definitely living an active and healthy lifestyle and I seldom fall sick! But I'm getting occasional dreams like I'm dead from drowning or for any other reasons! Why?

As a psychologist, I have no idea what to make of dreams. Freud said that dreams were a form of wish fulfillment, but I along with most psychologists am not sure that is the case, and I seriously doubt that it is the case with you, given your lifestyle. We dream every night, without exception, but we remember only some of them. I think that it's possible that the more you have a dream, the easier it is to remember it when you wake up, because you already have a mental framework for remembering the dream. So, I would only be concerned if the dream was happening more often than not, but since the dream is happening only occasionally, it's more likely that what's happening is that you're having all sorts of dreams, but are remembering only this one because it has happened before. Best of luck.

Dreams can mean anything. The start or maybe even the end to anything. If you are having a lot of frequent dreams about this subject, you may want to think twice about a
doctor or a phiciatrist. Best of luck.

Don't freak out; in general dream meanings, death means a new beginning of some kind, or, the 'end' of something in your life; NOT your own death........could be the end of a relationship, etc...........don't worry about it!!

Seriously, be happy it's a dream only. That's about all you need to do.

So, open your eyes, sit-up, and pinch yourself.

We all get occasional recurrant dreams. Who knows why???
But, we all have underlying fears in our life too.
This may be yours.
