Use a portable white gazebo type tent to stand under, you can have an archway under it to dress it up some. Have a few chairs for people who may be unable to stand for the ceremony, elderly, handicapped, pregnant. Use tiki torches and tuile to line the area you'll be walking up from.

DE beaches sux. Try Cape May or Wildwood , NJ. The tides in de are terrible now due to the new construction a few yrs back.

Well get lots of beachy things like shells and stuff to hang around or use things that you would use at the beach as decorations.Like surboards as tables or somehting put together an imagination of what you see in your mind and put it in life.
