Yes you can, there is a slight change in texture for turkey, but I actually prefer the texture after freezing.

absolutely.
the texture of the salami may change, there may be a thin white layer on it. It's still good though. My mom does this all the time.

Yes you can, I sometimes do it if I have bought too much, just keep in a zip lock baggie.

No it should freeze well.When you defrost it,put in fridge overnite.Hope this helps.
