Younger women are a lot sexier physically. However, older women have the total package (sexy body and mind).

Interesting philosophical question, no?

I mean if you look at pictures of women (or indeed men) from say a hundred years ago or paintings from even further back, can it possibly be denied that the human race is getting better looking. Check out those paintings of Henry VIII's wives - no wonder he tried six of them...

This stands to reason as we get healthier and more concerned with our appearances (Was it Elizabeth I who boasted of bathing as often as once a month??) and also having more beauty products and toothpaste etc.

How does this apply in the shorter timeframe of 20 years or so? Well as a 37 year old I do think that younger generation do appear better looking but maybe this is illusion/perspective/fashion etc

Who knows...al

No.

I am in my 30's and when I look around at the younger woman now I see (generalisation) thatthey are a lot fatter, shorter and not as proud of their appearance.

Too many times do I see young woman walking around with crop top etc with a layer of flab hanging over them. They seem unable to accept that they need to exercise tec and just want to dress in what they would like to rather than what suits their shape.

Don't get me wrong there are still some stunning young woman around of that there is no doubt, but overall I would have to say that the average appearance has got worse.

I don't think so - perceptions change - that is all - when you are younger other things take control of your thought patterns.

Visually - there is no change from 20 - 30 - 40 - same person is contained inside - more mature YES - but that is not a bad thing

In a word Yes. They seem far more developed than the women of my age were. Although I find most women attractive in some sense now that I look for the good in women first rather than pick flaws with them.

As far as good looks go there is not much difference, however, body size is different to my day; there were no where near as many fat girls as there are today. Some of the young girls here, in and around Cambridgeshire, are real bloaters!

I'm in my sixties and yes I do. I'm not silly enough to try and do anything about it 'cos I'm aware that there is no fool like an old fool. In your thirties does it matter?
