after 20 years, you probably aren't going to get rid of them dear, so sorry. You can consult a plastic surgeon about laser treatment, but it may be a bit too late, those circles are caused by a build up of tiny blood vessels under your eyes and are hereditary. Sometimes, laser treatments will get rid of the problem, but I don't know if it will after 20 years. And it is expensive. You may want to consider what many women do and buy a good concealer that matches your skin tone.

I have always heard when you have purple circles or dark circles under your eyes it is related to a heart condition. Have you gone to your Dr. and checked into this? It could be more serious than just a skin problem. I hope not but I would sure check it out. Best of Luck.

Try some hemorrhoid cream -- it works by shrinking blood vessels.
