A bicycle would be at the curb. Just let him go where he wants so you don't hit him.

first of all, if a bicycle wants to pass you while you are driving maybe you should drive faster. Second, as a driver a pedestrian or a person a on bicycle has the right of way no matter where they are. You yield and avoid hitting them! Where did you get your license?

A bicycle, not a motorbike, right? I can't image you driving soo slow a bicycle wants to pass you, but cyclists should follow the rules of the road and pass you on the right.

WHAT ???? a bicycle passing a moving car, get a grip. If your driving that damn slow your car must be in wheel chair. Each state has different laws. Ask the police or read your drivers manual on getting a drivers license.

In theory, they should pass you on the left hand side. They should be held to the same rules as a motorcycle or another car in fact. If you pass them correctly, you are to go completely into the other lane, just as you would when passing a car.

The truth is though, that they will pass you on the right, because it is easier for them and safer too. If there's traffic coming the other direction, they don't have to wait for them to get past you to pass.

So the next time they try to pass you on the right, make a quick right hand turn, and don't forget to signal when you hit the gas. lol
