Call them Scotch Eggs here as they are basically an English dish and not related to or associated with Scotland.
Apart from the drink and a few other specific things, Scotch does not tend to mean 'from scotland'... unless you want to risk causing offence that is :-)
I am a Scot living in Scotland which makes me Scottish and my only similarity to anything Scotch is that sometimes, like the drink, I am drunk!

My mother, who was Scottish, called them scotch eggs.
