yeah go to "c:\program files" then "your browser" and then open the "history" or "cache" or "temp files" folder..all of it is in there ;)

Normally not, although there should be development/debug tools that allow examination of memory, so finding it and examining it would be possible, but tricky if the OS tried to use cache with the debug ....
