In most states (depends on where you live) he can get arrested, but not you. If you had sex when he was 18 and you were 15, then that is statutory rape. But someone would have to bring up charges, like you or your parents. It doesn't just happen automatically. And it doesn't matter if it was consensual, the law says you can not make that decision at 15.

You cant get arrested but he can. You just better hope your parents really like him, otherwise it might be awhile before you see him again. I went through something similar, my sister inlaw was 14 when she got pregnant by a 19 year old. First he got a extremely sever beating from several people and now he is doing 15 years.

You can't be arrested, but I hate to say it your parents can put your boyfriend behind bars. Tell your boyfriend this 16 gets you 20! You don't mess around with a 16 year old because you can get a max sentence of 20 years.

Depends on your state. But you are only 3 yrs apart. It is doubtful. If you just turned 16 then you have your whole life ahead of you child. Make a good decision. If you think your parents will press charges, you can just not tell them who the daddy is. Baby needs both parents.

By law he can be arrested for Rape and have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. But some states allow parental consent etc. It all depends on the parties involved. Goodluck girl youll need it if your Pregnant at 16.

You can't get arrested for being pregnant, but he certainly could (he is legally an adult, you are legally a child.)
You need to put your child's welfare first. Talk to your mom or dad about this and ask them for your help. Consider adoption as putting the baby into a family with a mom and a dad in a stable situation is best for him or her.

You didn't do anything wrong according to the law so you're safe. However, your boyfriend could be charged with a crime for having sex with a minor. However, you don't have to press charges or go looking for trouble with anyone. My point is, don't try to abort the baby just because you think someone might get in trouble. Save a life :-)

Well, it's obviously too late to tell you that you are not mature enough to handle these sort of issues.... but now you know. Welcome to the wonderful world of parenthood... stop thinking about yourself now and start thinking about your kid. You have a lot of growing up to do before your baby comes. I suggest you start now.
I'm sure you'll look really cute with a prom dress and a baby on your hip.

You can't get arrested but he can. He is legally considered an adult and you are a minor. As the adult he will be the one that will be held legally/criminally responsible.
