If you are asking what food you would need to eat to give your body energy equivalent to 300 calories then there are a lot of choices. You could do two glasses of milk, four bananas, three of those oreo "100 calorie" cookie packs, a third of a nachos serving, or about a half of a large McDonalds burger with all the trimmings.
