Just from looking at your question here, I feel that your weight issue may not be the only problem for, how are you emotionally? most people trying to lose weight can go on crash diets and see some results, but you should look at this from a complete and whole body stand point. First, in order to get the body functioning and operating, I would suggest a complete cleanse of the system, this would entail a colon cleanse, and a liver gall bladder flush. Just cleansing can have great effects in the way you feel about yourself! Next, put good food and nutrients into your body, change your diet, eat less cooked foods and eat more raw and organic foods. The body can only handle the load of one cooked meal a day, after that it becomes sluggish and you cant maintain your intake. Eating fruits and vegetables as your main source of food intake will allow the body to start its normal process of breaking down the fats and such. From here, unfortunately, you will need to exert some energy, walk for 30 minutes a day, getting some good sunshine, and getting the body going. It is imperative that you do something active in order to help in the weight loss.

This is a good start, just remember, if you go back to eating he junk foods; it isn't the end of the world, its just that one meal. You have to try to stay strong and stick to your regimen as closely as you can.

if you have questions about cleansing, check out my blog page, I set it up for people that are unsure as to what to expect. It may help you, and is very motivational.

this can be an emotional thing as well, if you need some one to talk to, please feel free, I would love to listen!

Maybe get an education first???
How to fight OBESITY in THE case of a 23 year old unmarried WOMAN?

Other than that, get a personal trainer (the rates are usually negotiable). As for food, portion control is what you need to concentrate on.
Good luck!
