I am visiting a new bar next week that claims it is open during the day "hooters style". What does this mean?

Well Hooters is a bar/restaurant where women wear tight shorts or skirts and T-Shirts that accentuate their for lack of a better word "Hooters". I imagine this bar is attempting to do a similar theme
