I used to have back pain everyday of my life. When it first started I went to the doctor to make sure that everything was OK and it was(this does not mean that your pain is OK). My problem is my posture and how I move. I do not have correct posture which puts stress on the muscles in my back which cramp or "ball up". I now go see a chiropractor and get regular massages which has been a great help. The pain is still there occasionally, but not on a regular basis anymore. It acts up if I sleep wrong or if I sit for long periods of time. Check your posture and if you are hunching your back--stop. Stand up straight and when you sit keep your back as straight as possible. Main thing, check with your doctor to make sure that you have not torn anything or anything else to your back. Play it safe you don't want to make it worse.

No this is not a normal thing to have. And because you have had it so long there are a number of possibilities that could be causing it. The only way to know for sure what is going on is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think could be going on.

No. Go see a doctor. MD may do a CT scan or MRI, and possibly send you to a neurologist. Go get it checked out. You should not have to live with that.

Well Hello, obviously not, have you even tried to help yourself.
Have you looked at you're posture.
What about you're mattress,
what about you're job, home life, social life etc.
what kind of back pain, is it muscular or joint pain?
Has/is it spreading?
Does it interfere with you're life?

well...it could seem normal to you...obviously you have lived through it...but i definatelly say it is notttttt normal...i could be related to your kidneys or an orthopedic problem...listen, there is a disease something like"ancylosan spondilitis" im not sure how it is spelled but it is very common among men even young ones and it is irreversible...just see a doctor!!
