freezer burn is not a health threat, trim well, use the chicken in a recipe that calls for lots of liquids, cook well and slowly may want to use a bit mote spice than usual.

Throw it out. Don't buy meats from that store again.
It'll smell and taste really bad, so I'd just throw it out. Also, if it's freezer-burned, all the vitamins would be gone. So, there's no good reason left to eat it.

Take it back, they will exchange it for you. The chicken may be just fine if you cut the bad parts off, but don't take the chance;especially summer time.

Freezer burn won't harm you, but won't taste so great, either.
Yes, you can cut it off then cook what's left. I'd suggest a stew or highly-seasoned sauce for it.
